Man picks fight with vampires! Man gets bitten by werewolves! Man shaves head! Man picks fight with vampires!
The FX are well below standard, even for 2000 - yet this came out ten years later. The only forgiving feature is that star - Sam McConkey (Easy Rider 2) - looks a bit like Kiefer Sutherland in some shots.
When to watch: Paralytic.
