Synopsis
During a costume party on Halloween night, a man leaves to smoke a cigarette, and soon realizes there is something evil watching him.

Nice and creepy, this one - but alas I have been unable to find out much about it. The man behind the camera is Jordan Wright - he does a good job of putting something short and effective together. Jacob Sigler does well in front of the camera.
Well worth the watch.
