After her mother's mysterious death, Nica begins to suspect that the talking, red-haired doll her visiting niece has been playing with may be the key to recent bloodshed and chaos.
Review

The cast do a surprisingly good job given the experience in play. Most of the players have little to their name with big name A Martinez (Longmire) having a small role, protagonist Nica portrayed by Fiona Dourif (The Blacklist) and of course the return of Brad Dourif (Alien: Resurrection).
Sadly it's just okay, and is largely forgettable only five minutes after the credits have run - I still remember Child's Play vividly, thirty years on. It's watchable, and there is little wrong with it, per se - but certainly only recommended for slasher fans.
